Lab Test All tour de cycling carbon frame are rigorously tested under international standard ISO4210/EN15194.We will also be sent sample to the 3rd External Organization for SGS testing upon customer’s requirement. All new frames will be tested at least 10% more strictly during the development phase on the basis of EN15194 or ISO4210, thus it can ensure the safety of all products. |

Q1: What is your MOQ ?
A1:Minimum order quantity of different non-products is different. For specific products, please consult with inquiry.We can supply samples at a cost of twice the selling price. If you place an order, the sample fee will be refunded.
Q2: How long is the mountain bicycling handlebar sample lead time?
A2: For existing samples, it takes 20 days.
Q3: How long is the MTB bicycle handlebar production lead time?
A3: Decide the delivery date of the product according to the quantity ordered,About 45-55 days.
Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A4: We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG or PDF,etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Q5: How many colors are available?
A5: Any color can be provided as long as the color palette you need is provided to us.
Q6: Which kinds of certificate would you have?
A6: Product Patent Certificate. Local certificate of safety standards.
Q7: What is your payment term?
A7: Firstly, confirm PI and pay deposit,then we will arrange sample and massive production. After finished production, pls. pay the balance before shipment. Then delivery the goods.
