Dutch e-bike Tenways expands its service network

Dutch e-bike manufacturer Tenways is expanding its service network and making it more accessible with a new online search function.

The Tenways e-bike brand said it already operates more than 100 Tenways service centers. For those who do not live near such a service center, the manufacturer's partner network is constantly expanding. The new service website has a new search function that displays the nearest regional customer service. Regional partners are responsible for maintenance, repairs and other warranty services.

In Germany, Tenways mainly works with larger chain stores. Little John Bikes, Lucky Bike and Mega Bike provide Tenways e-bike repair and maintenance services in metropolitan areas. In Austria, service partners are located in and around Vienna.
